Cancellation Policy

Cancellation ✨
To cancel an appointment you must cancel BEFORE 24 hours. My booking site will send you emails, scroll to the bottom and hit manage my appointment from there you will be able to cancel your appointment. If it’s after the 24 hour mark it won’t give you the choice to cancel your appointment and I will charge you a 50% cancellation fee for any cancellation done after 24 hours.
NO CALL/NO SHOW✨
If you are running late please make sure I am aware I do have a 15 minute grace period. If you are more than 15 minute late there’s a high possibility of your appointment being cancelled.
Studio Policy✨
Please no extra guest unless if you’re bringing a guest that’s also getting a service done.
